RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition that you received it.
CANCELLATIONS
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send us an email ASAP after ordering. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours or twelve hours depending on our production conditions at that time.
Once your order has gone to production, we can’t cancel your order, but you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you would like to exchange a product, the shipping cost for sending the item back to SimeoneGloves is at the customer's expense. It will also be the customer's responsibility to contact a courier for the return of the item to be exchanged. However, SimeoneGloves will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you.
RETURNS
For returns, the shipping cost from the customer to SimeoneGloves is at the customer's expense. It will also be the customer's responsibility to contact a courier for the return of the item. Additionally, please note that the refund will only cover the price of the product itself and not the shipping fees.
